公告显示，卖家的延迟送达率将会自动调整。对于2020年11月5日至11月21日之间进行的交易，eBay将自动移除延迟送达记录及任何相关的差评或中评。

此外，对于2020年11月5日至11月21日之间进行的交易，如果卖家在物品送达之前及时上传了有效的追踪信息，卖家服务指标中的物品未收到（INR）记录及任何相关的差评或中评将会被自动移除。

eBay还在12月15日发布公告称，当卖家无法控制包裹延迟送达时，eBay将会自动调整预期送达日期。
